We liaise with local suppliers to co-ordinate the loading and shipping of goods ordered by our UK clients. By continuously monitoring the progress of orders, we keep clients in control of their orders.

Our buying power with all the major shipping lines enables us to offer highly competitive terms to clients for the movement of all their goods. We advise and arrange for the suitable routing of cargo, geared to your requirements on time and cost.

Urgent or time sensitive consignments are be shipped by air or through a combination of air and sea to meet tight deadlines.

Through our integrated computer system, we are linked to HM Customs & Excise and all the major UK Ports and Airports, ensuring to arrange the timely release of goods through all import controls.

Following release at the Port or Airport, our Import Forwarding Team arranges the delivery of cargo to their final destination.

Throughout the Import process, our Import team keep clients advised of the status of their orders and cargo.

Through our Open Cover Policy we can arrange the insurance of your Cargo throughout the Import process.

We are full trading members of The British International Freight Association, under whose Standard Trading Conditions (2000) all forward business is undertaken.
